For those of you building a motor that you need to "REV" but you still want the extra displacement the 94 mm crank, 150 mm rod, and Manley piston combination may just be for you. Don't be fooled, many claim to know the 4G63... but if you want it BUILT right, you are in the correct place.

If you plan on making over 600 WHP spend an extra $125.00 to upgrade to the HD pin. It is a worthy upgrade and well worth the $125.00 when you are spinning an engine to 9,000 RPM?s, why risk it?

If you want the ultimate piston and can wait an additional 7-10 business days to get your hands on your pistons make sure to choose the ceramic coating option. Coating the piston top with ceramics provides a fantastic thermal benefit. It prevents the extremely hot combustion gases from soaking well into the piston material during the explosion within the cylinder. This keeps more heat and energy within the explosion itself which provides more horsepower and torque by keeping the heat (energy) where it belongs. Not bad for $100.00 and an extra week?s wait!

Manley pistons are machined of high strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to deliver long service life. Offset wrist pin design is utilized for quiet start-ups. Perfect ring groove to skirt squareness is achieved through our unique "one fixturing" manufacturing method that assures maximum horsepower. All pistons come with moly coated skirts. Round wire locks, premium chrome moly wrist pins, and premium steel top ring sets from Total Seal are included with every kit at no additional charge. 9310 alloy upgraded wrist pins are available.
